$50 for the first signature and $30 for each additional signature required.

You can meet me at my office located in Port McNicoll, or I can travel to your home. Additional travel fees apply outside of the Midland Penetanguishene area, but will be communicated to you beforehand.

I am also able to meet with you in Midland at Grounded Café or in  Penetanguishene at Café Kitty Hawk.

Only some documents can be  notarized online, please contact first to confirm if the document you require can be notarized online. 

Please note: the law does not require an organization or person to accept a document that has been notarized online.

Please note: I do not provide additional witnesses. 

If your documents requires witnesses please have them attend the appointment. In most cases a witness must be over the age of 18, not related to you and of sound mind however requirements change per document.
